Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the GRVT Fitness app (members) or the GRVT Fitness Business app (studio teams), both made by GRVT, Inc.

How to ask

1. Email hi@grvt.fit from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my GRVT account”. Tell us your studio’s name.
2. We reply to confirm it’s you. Members can also ask their studio directly.
3. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming and email you when it’s done.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account and email address
• Your profile: name, phone number and emergency contact
• Your bookings, check-ins and marketing preferences

What we keep

Payment and invoice records your studio must keep by law (for example for tax) stay with the studio for as long as that law requires, then are deleted. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting only some data

You can turn off marketing emails and texts in the app under Account, and download a copy of your data there. To delete only part of your data, email us and say what you’d like removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
